Built in the seventies, located close to Nîmes and 35 km from the sandy beaches and ponds of the Camargue, this creation by Armand Pellier is nestled in the heart of a park of nearly one hectare. The concrete construction is adorned with bands of sculpted Vers stone in vertical stripes (an iconic process of the sculptor-architect), creating movement and balancing the overall horizontal design that forms an open angle to the south.

The house seamlessly blends into the surroundings, yet the volumes and ceiling heights are impressive! The pool is slightly offset to the west at the bedroom level. Stone terraces border the lawn watered by a well with automatic irrigation and lighting for flower beds.

The Golf Nîmes Campagne is in the immediate vicinity, and Nîmes Garon airport is nearby, along with highway access, all without any nuisance.
