The estate, which is almost entirely contiguous, offers a most pleasant place to live, just 40 minutes from Montpellier. The bastide, the headquarters of the estate, is located in the heart of a park.

Of the 35 hectares of land, 33 are planted with vines in good condition, located on different high-quality terroirs. These are the estate's strong points.
A large part of the vineyard has been renewed: 80% of the vines are less than 30 years old.
Partly irrigated by the Lower Rhône, the remaining part is irrigable.
The château, inspired by neoclassical architecture, was built in the early 19th century during the golden age of Languedoc viticulture. It offers approximately 500 m² of living space (16 rooms).
Although habitable, the property requires renovation and refurbishment work.
The outbuildings consist of a 140m² building for bottling and packaging, and two sheds used for storing farming equipment.
Two 40m² apartments and two studios could be converted for tourist accommodation. The wine cellar and various offices, in good condition, are located at the entrance to the estate in a separate building.

We like: the location 40 minutes from Montpellier, the TGV and the airport, the quality of the vineyard, the unique living environment.
